Bandkick, operated by Eshy Gazit LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Bandkick”), is a platform that lets our clients plan, fund, and review advertising campaigns we run on their behalf across advertising networks including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and Snapchat. This policy explains what data we handle and how.

Information we collect

Account details you provide — name, email, and business information.
Campaign information — briefs, budgets, creative direction, and targeting you submit.
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Advertising data — campaign performance metrics retrieved from connected ad platforms.

How we use it

To create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns you have authorized and funded.
To process payments and maintain your media-budget balance.
To report campaign performance back to you.
To operate, secure, and improve the Bandkick platform.

Third-party platforms

We connect to services such as Meta and Stripe to deliver campaigns and process payments. Your use of those features is also governed by their respective privacy policies. We access only the permissions required to run your campaigns and never sell your data.

Data retention & security

We retain data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel.

Your choices
